I Have Severe Pain In My Left Heel, The X-ray
i have severe pain in my left heel, the x-ray also shows a bone spur.
i also had plantar faciitace, but with stretching regularly that has subsided.
i have stopped exercising and sleeping with a boot, but the pain in my heel just got worse all of a sudden.
