i have symptoms that my doctor said are just allergies, but pollen is the only thing that i'm allergic to and it just stuffs up my sinuses. for the past year i have felt like i'm being choked. it's been extremely bad for the past three months. i can not speak more than a couple sentences without drinking water to stop myself from gagging. i've thrown up from gagging because of this multiple times. i can't yell or sing more than two words without immediately gagging. sometimes my chest and throat feel numb as well. i have to drink so much water in order to keep breathing while i talk that i have to go to the bathroom twice an hour, sometimes more. i'm so sick of this.
