i have trouble breathing, my heart rate is kinda slow now and i feel super weak. kinda tired but i can’t sleep cuz i just can’t breathe and i feel kind of nauseous and uncomfortable in my stomach. i’m very scared, i googled so many things and a lot of stuff came up and i don’t know which ones are right but i also feel dizzy. i feel pressure in my chest and head. i’m 13 and i’m also stressing about school and i think i’m having an anxiety attack but i’m still not sure and now i’m even more scared. please help
