Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i just saw a neurologist for shocking pain in my left arm. My MRI impressions are: 1. No evidence of demyelinating disease (YEAH) 2. Neural foraminal narrowing ranging from severe to moderate to severe bilaterally from C3-4 through C6-7 as detailed above. Moderate left neural foraminal narrowing at C7-T1 3. Effacement of the ventral CSF space by multilevel disc osteophyte complexes at C3-4, C4-5, and C5-6. Minimal cord flattening at C6-7 by right paracentral disc protrution, along with borderline spinal canal stenosis. He is suggesting either spinal shots and consult with neuro surgeon? My question is does this sound right? Should I be concerned?
