I Just Started Having Stomach Pain In The Middle Of

i just started having stomach pain in the middle of my stomach and around my belly button area. here in the last month the pain has got worse and at times experience a foul smelling odor coming from my belly button along with drainage, i do feel a knot unfortunately i have no ins and unable to see a dr. the pain does increase after sitting or wearing my jeans for a long time. pain and discomfort from the buttons on my jeans. i am concerned tho bc my father was just diagnosed with Liposacarma back in november. just would like to see if these symptoms were familiar.
