I Never Had Any Head Related Issues I Felt Severe

i never had any head related issues i felt severe pressure headaches got examined and everything was fine expcept for an onset of severe sinus infection in my head i started taking flonaise didnt do much then i took afrin that helped and i started taking allegra d after i felt good so i stopped the drugs then sinus infection appeared to be back by having sever pain pressure headaches i work out stay fit and notice my muscles started being masked by lose skin i went on alegra d again and my muscles poped up agian no lose skin my blood pressure is at time very high and at other times very good to low my heart has been checked and my arteries are clean what can you assertain ?
