I Take Amlodipine/valsartan 5/320 And I Took 1 At 1:30am

i take amlodipine/valsartan 5/320 and i took 1 at 1:30am before going to bed and i accidently took another 1 this morning at 5:30 am when i usually take my synthroid and nexium and i picked up my blood pressure medicine instead and took it and realized it right after i took it . I also took a Ursodial 500mg last night at 130am and took it by accident at 530am also . Should i be concerned?email address is YYYY@YYYY
