I Took A Bad Fall Friday And Messed Up Both

i took a bad fall Friday and messed up both my wrist and haven't been able to use them, the right one is much worse, now that they are not hurting as much the right one has some lumps and in one particular spot is itching something awful, I put cream on to stop the itching and didn't work, could a blood clot have formed in it?

I did not know I had to pay, sorry I have no money or credit cards, i'm disabled and broke this time of month. sorry to have wasted you're time
