i used clary sage oil over my abdomen and lower back this past cycle and as i am almost 43 trying to conceive second baby i continued to use the oil during ovulation then stopped after trying to conceive but i got some bleeding when wiping but it is implantation time now so could this be due to clary sage increasing my oestrogen? no pain just spotting a bit on a panty liner. i have regular 27 day cycles always and healthy n fit.
