i was in car accident on april 2014, Mri states that at t9-t10, there is a slightly cranially extruded central disc herniation measuring 3.5mm. There is effacement of the ventral subarachnoid CSF space and impingement on the ventral cord surface. The mid AP canal diameter is 9mm. I have been doing physical therapy and injections along with pain management for this past year with no relief. Am i a canidate for surgery?
