i was recently educated in re : Tegretol (carbamazepine) can induce the metabolism of guanfacine.
I m going blue in the face trying to find if there is such a drug A. anti-seizure med that wouldn't induce 100% ADHD or the other way around B. ADHD med that would be in line an ok with anti-seizure med ?
my son has been on tegretol since day 1 but recently (less than 1 month) on the ADHD. So FYI i am more cautious and reluctant/hesitant in doing any changes on his Anti-seizure med for he is very stable in and i m so very willing to change his ADHD med.
