is ill-defined hypoechioc means cancer? im 32 Y/O my ultrasound result show right breast ill-defined hypoechioc at 7 o measuring 0.7*0.4 cm and left one 2 o clock with 0.3*0.4 cm no abnormal calcifications are seen!! today I've done mammogram and waiting for the result !but I have so much stress !! and I have fibrocystic breast
