it was 4 months earlier I suddenly felt high rotational problem which followed by vomitting.immedaite care was given and consult to ENT Dr.who told it was vertigo rotation problem and told me to take strugeon and dilligen tablets for
a week and also injected for B12 for 5 alternate days.
now before 3 days i again faced the problem rotational problem and vomitting.
this time Dr. asked for B12 test and in report it was 233 pg/ml.he told it is beyound the average level and should be approx 500 pg/ml.
so this defficiency causing the problem and the earlier injections i took were not absorbed by my body so again he prescribed to take 5 more alternate days and may be after for week or monthly scheduled if required in case retesting for B12.kindly look into this matter and help needful.
whethere i should concern neurologist?
symptoms: dizziness,headache in pain/shoulder
