Ive Been Dealing With Severe Migraines For About 15 Years

ive been dealing with severe migraines for about 15 years but in the last 5 years have gotten worse. now i experience daily facial pain only on the right side, occasional blurry vision in my right eye, random bouts of nausea Nd vomitting. Ive been to an allergist, ct showed clear snius passages. i had an mri last week only showed incidental finding of thornwaldt cyst. could this be causing the problems? whaT else could be causing my issues. ive been taking verapamil/effexor as daily preventatives for 3 years. but constant facial pain is new and breakthru migraines.
