I've Been Having Stomach Problems For The Past 5 Months

i've been having stomach problems for the past 5 months I bloat up after I start eating stay that way like im full , been gaining weight , nausea, under my rib cage hurts when I touch it, I've tried gas pills don't work, I'm on protonix from past GI bleed and stomach ulcers don't know if it is anything to worry about
