ive been incontinent for about a year which was minimal i only had to use pantiliners, but 2 months ago my incontinence has gotten extremely worse, i now have to use pads for heavy incontinence its so bad at times that i overflow the pads at least 2 times a day onto my clothing. are there any products that can help minimize the incontinence. when i go pee i empty my bladder so i assume, but when i get up from the toilet urine spills out . during sex i have the same experience i feel urine spilling out. what can i do to fix this problem?
