just looking for interactions in these medications. My husband is 76 and has been sick for over a week his regular medicine is vytorin, valsartan, metoprolol.....for his cold the doctor has given him levofloxacin. he also gave him a gel tab for coughing, (which is very dangerous...can numb your heart and lungs) I gave him different coricidins for congestion and coughing because I don't want him to take anything dangerous. The cough syrup he gave was not very good. Delsom (sp) Trying to find out what interacts with these medications so as to keep him safe
