L Have Been Having Pelvic Pain For A Few Months

l have been having pelvic pain for a few months now , i went to the hospital they didn’t find anything wrong just gave me some pain meds. Now the pain still hasn’t gone away and i’ve been bleeding abnormally and i’ve been having dark brown to almost black and thick vaginal discharge and i am still having pain .
