Last Nite I Drank Some Red Wine And Eat Some

last nite i drank some red wine and eat some chocolate cup cakes it was my birthday iam 68 male after going to bed i experienced sharp cramps and vomited what appeared to be dark bile almost like blood the cramps slowly subsided as the nite went on vomited twice more same result in the morning i had 3 bowl movements all were dark have not gone since that was yesterday still have small pain in stomach area otherwise fine to much wine and chocolate maybe ????
