I have dry and scaly skin that looks like foot fungus on the edge of the hairline above my clitoris. can this be treated without antibiotics ?

Itching,redness with dry scaly skin suggestive of fungal infection.
Go for oral as well as local anti fungal treatment.
Consult dermatologist for proper medical management.
Take extra care for local hygiene.Avoid active life with your partner during progressive infective stage.
