Loose Motion During Early Pregnancy. Why This Is Happening To Me ?
I am 6weeks and three days in to my pregnancy and I just started having loose motion for the last two days and a mild intermittent abdominal pain . The only thing I have done differently is take Materna (generic version) and I had nachos with cheese. So far I have only been eating moderately and drinking milk every night (one small glass). I really am worried please do help
to get rid of these loose motion you can modify your diet for 2-3 days,
replace your milk with curd
take khichri + curd or rice with moong dal/arhar dal/masoor dal.
in fruits you can take banana ,apple .
in veg u take aloo,tori,ghiya
take shikanji and coconut water frequently,it will lower pain
