ls there any alternative (NON SURGICAL) treatment for Inguinal hernias ?I have hernia at 2 places opening is 25 mm and 31 mm.There is no pain no other complication.My height is 175 CMs.Weight 86 K.G.Will reducing weight help?

dont apply heat to the area
dont exercise in full stomach

Surgery is the only treatment of hernia.
ANd before and aft surgey, you need to do things mentioned abv, by dr.ram mani bhandari.
Some yog aasan are helpful in hernia,for which you will have perosnally see a yog expert (who has a degree n training in yog), and do aasana;s in supervision.
They will help in reduction of hernia, pain relief, and aoivd recurrence.

hi welcome to you on this forum.you are advised to start ay. med.before surgery like erand pak 5gm bid,bridhi vadhika vati 2bid,vidangarist4tsf twice daily with mixing in water after meals for15 days. avoid fried,heavy meals and wt.lifting.start walk for wt.reduction.
