Lump On The Inside Of My Foot, How To Get Rid Of It ?

I noticed a single bubble like tiny lump on the inside of my foot. Now I see that there is a small cluster of approx 9 pea size lumps there - very concerned!

Could be warts. They are a kind of Viral infection.
See a homoeopath , they are totally curable. Other option is Surgery.
