male 53 6' 185. I am 30 days post septoplasty and removal of a mucocele from my right maxillary sinus. Surgery was performed endoscopically, however I had a bleeder and it was necessary to also enter sinus via my mouth to stop the bleeding.

30 days post surgery, I am breathing well, but have a foul smell in my nose as well as a fair amount of cloudy but watery discharge from my nose particularly if I look down for any extended period of time.

I use neilmed saline rinse each morning which gets the majority of the "traditional" nasal waste. is the watery discharge normal at this stage as well as the smell I am experiencing?
