male age 38 weight 156 lb height 160 cams I have an underarm infection initially it started with irritation then it appeared with couple of lumps , first time it goes off automatically , but again appeared doctor advised antibiotics, it looked helping initially but in 2-3 weeks appear again, another doctor gave anti fungal medicine which helped and irritation goes away but lump under arm reappear again please advice.Thanks in advance
