Male, Hemophilia A, Age 60, Injury With Sharp Blow Under

male, hemophilia a, age 60, injury with sharp blow under left ribcage, ultrasound showed only mild to no spleen enlargement, but experiencing constant sharp pain about 2 inches below left rib, in front-left abdomen, sneezing causes ice pick type pain. Doctor does not think spleen damaged. Could I have ruptured the lining of the membrane separating spleen from lungs and other organs? Pain is constant and affects sleep and normal activities. Ideas of what to check would be helpful. Thanks
