Me And My Boyfriend Went All The Way. Shortly After

me and my boyfriend went all the way. Shortly after I figured out that I was fertile and on my ovulation. I took the morning after pill the next day. I'm not on birth control. Now I am running a fever, nausea/vomiting when looking or smelling foods, and have a horrible headache, and my breast are tender. Is this a side affect from the pill or possibly something else ?
