my 14 yr old son is complaining of a tender lump in his right testicle he says they are like two small marbles.. it started last week as an pain and now he is able to show me where and what it is is this just puberty.. he is going through a large growth spurt and physical changes.. or is this something that needs to be investigated further.. He had a lump in his breast tissue develop about 10 months ago they checked it and it was just common because of age..
