my 15 month old son has had yellow really soft stools or some times they are like pebbles most 9 times out of 10 its soft we have had blood work and his liver and gallbladder look fine I took him off milk and switched to almond milk now we have diarrhea and has vomited 3 times over the last 5 days . I don't think its a diary issue im leaning more towards a digestive issue being that sometimes his food comes out in whole form in his stool\....HELP what should I do what coud this be
