My 28 Year Old Son Has Had Asthmatic Bronchitis When

my 28 year old son has had asthmatic bronchitis when young and minor asthma has recurred due to pollution in NY. He has a Ventolin rescue inhaler. He's traveling and is without it. His voice sounds clear but he is experiencing great tightness and pressure on his sternum. He had tingling in his arms and legs earlier that has subsided after eating. The tightness has worsened and he said his breathing is forced.
