my HCV +
I've tried UNI PEG (Peginterferon) Injection I got Hcv negative for some time but after end my course I again check my PCR Qualitative unfortunately shown PCR low positive but my SGPT level is High in all time before and after end my course my all test is normal in LFT,CBC,etc but my SGPT is above than 150
now i'm using Silliver Tab 200 mg but no effect at all,my diet is simple no oily things no milky things no drink any carbohydrate drink
so pls suggest my what I do for reduce my SGPT level ,all type i'm feeling tiredness and so weakness
continue Silymarine or some other suggestion
please help me
