my baby is 1 month old. she got cold and doctor gave Alex+ 5 drops thrice a day.After 2 days (6 dose) her nasal secresion stops but the caugh is heaviour and after snaching a white jelly ( mucus/caugh) seen. she has problem of breath now. so she very often open her mouth to take breath.what medicine to give.pls suggest
