My Blood Test Says I Have Positive ANA, Dr Had

my blood test says I have positive ANA, Dr had already ordered a test RA which was negative. I looked online and I don't have the symptoms of what may be the cause. What should I ask my Dr to test for? Symptoms: tired, swollen ankles that get worse over the course of the day, heart palptations, pain in hip and lower back. 2 of my brothers have lymphoma and non-hodgkins.
