My Brother In Law Has A Lot Of Medical Issues

my brother in law has a lot of medical issues and is currently taking medications for high blood pressure, blood thinners, heart failure, COPD, to reduce extra fluid, abnormal heartbeats, and one to raise potassium levels along with high aldosterone levels and kidney problems, and symbicort inhaler. He has had worse symptoms after taking the medications and every time he goes to the hospital they cant figure out why. hes not having an allergic reaction to them but they seem to be making him worse. he is currently having issues urinating and says it comes out in a trickle or at times it makes him hard to hold it. I have been monitoring him and checking his heart lungs and blood pressure but when I checked it tonight i couldnt find his heart beat and is pulse is really slow. He is extremely weak, tired all the time and is having chest pains that last in ten minute intervals. he said he feels like hes dying. at times he gets to the point where his body fills with fluid so much his whole body swells up
