My Daughter Had A Basal Ganglia Infarction On May 3,

my daughter had a basal ganglia infarction on May 3, 2015. She had slurred speech, ataxia, and limited right sided mobility. The symptoms appeared to go away, and her speech and personality returned to normal, however, the last four days she has appeared to regress. Her speech is not slurred, but it is very labored, and her affect is flat and her demeanor is childlike. She is fifteen years old, but acts as if she is around 8-10 years old after a week of returning to her normal state. i don't know how to proceed, I have contacted her neurologist but have not been given an appointment for evaluation and I am afraid, don'tknow if I should just take her back to the hospital. She is getting outpatient rehabilitation right now.
