My Daughter Had Her Dose Of Escitalopram Increased From 20mg

my daughter had her dose of Escitalopram increased from 20mg daily to 30mg daily. She has been experiencing dizziness and associated nausea that started, I think, around the time that the dose was increased. Is this likely to be a side effect of increasing the dose of Escitalopram, or coincidence?
