My Dr Prescribed Panadine Forte For Pain Due To Gallstones,

my dr prescribed panadine forte for pain due to gallstones, i took it today along with also taking Gaviscon double strength for reflux (earlier before taking either it was so bad i threw up stomach acid with such force it came out via my nose and mouth) I felt so much better after this, however I noticed that my urine is now really dark yellow and not sure if this is a side affect of either and one I should be concerned about.
