OK I am young. my heart is beatting really hard and really fast. I am super scared. please will someone tell me what is gong on??

I doubt it very much. 85 % of people who have heart attacks dont even have chest pain. You are most likely having a panic attack. When you rhavi ga heart attack your hert would be beating very slow. Its called arythmia and i suffer wiht it also. When i start stressing my heart goes crazy.
