My Hsg Result Says Both Tube Are Normal In Calibre

my hsg result says both tube are normal in calibre but no spill of contrast from the right tube.
Impression: right peri-fimbial adhesion.
So I understand the right tube is blocked, what is the meaning of peri-fimbial adhesion and how can it be fixed. Forgot to mention that the utrine cavity is enlarged due to fibroid and is scheduled for myomectomy next week. Will I need a different surgry for the tube or after removing the fibroid it will be cool. Thank for your good job.
