My Husband Has Parkinson Disease But Especially Between The Hours

my husband has Parkinson Disease but especially between the hours of midnight to around 4 in the morning...he starts breathing really hard and jerking and jumping and tearing up the cover and this last from 2 to four hours....he will eventually end up peeing....could this be anxiety attacks....this does not happen in the daytime only the above hours....
