my husband is in end stage cardiomyopathy. Specialist says the only thing left is a heart transplant but he doesn't want that. he has had this problem for 12 years now and has got progressively worse over the years and he is getting very tied and wants it to end. he is being treated at home with the help of the palliative care team and we are trying to keep him comfortable. His biggest problem at resent is that he keeps blacking out and then falls. What is causing him to black out?
