my husband sperm is like water but iam just 20 yaer old and my husband is 28 and he never had a baby. i want to no how can i fix this???but when we sexual active the sperm como back out..i went to mexico this lady told me that i have air in my overies thats why i cant get pregnant???? i need help becaues all my doctor tell's me that iam fat need to lose weight and i try losing weight but i can't lose no fat.but i have diabetes that i take is pills but i havet take my pill.and i fill better with out them...i need help what can yall tell me
