My Husband Was Suddenly Very Dizzy Associated With Vomiting. He

my husband was suddenly very dizzy associated with vomiting. He is having a very dull achey pain around the area of his back shoulder area just beyond the bone. I can feel a knot in that area when rubbing it. He can keep nothing down at all. I tried to give him ginger ale and he can't even keep that down. He is cool but is sweaty. He does not have a fever I checked. He has a history of vagal vaso syncopy and sick sinus syndrome and has a pacemaker to regulate these problems. Do you think I should take him to the hospital?
