my left arm tingles and is sore a lot, what does this mean? will i have a heart attack? It has been happening for ~ 6 months. Thought I slept on my left arm the wrong way but never corrected itself. Is it a pinched nerve or should i go see a doctor?

I would suspect a pinched nerve. See a doctor. You'd know it by now if it was a heart problem.
