My Liver Enzymes Levels Are ALP - 144, ALT -

my liver enzymes levels are ALP - 144, ALT - 66 and AST - 69=
I present have a blood disorder called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis, which has effected my lungs and am presently on oxygen.
I am a 51 year old white woman, i weight 190 lb and stand 5'6.

my question is how high above normal are my levels and is there something I can do to lower the levels. my specialist says that they are only a little high and not to worry about it.

in 2010 I was in a car accident which damaged my spine and nerves to my legs. in May 2015 I was diagnosed with PLCH. so cant do very much actively.
If you have any suggestions I would be greatful for your input,.
Thank you
