My Mother Passed Out And Fell Broke Her Right Humerus

my mother passed out and fell broke her right humerus bone md at hospital said it due to low sodium levels she was also having low blood pressure issues and before that and still now she does the least amount of anything and says she is really really tired she takes medicine for low thyroid could it be her thyroid medicine is no longer working she also takes meds for depression and anxiety could these not be working is there any way to check these things and could she have addison disease?
