My Mother Was Taking Oleanz 5 Mg Along With Chlonotril

my mother was taking Oleanz 5 mg along with chlonotril 2.5 and depsonil 2.5. Now doctor has advised Oeanz RT 5 mg. But my mother is feeling very drowsiness throughout the day. Is it good to use Oleanz RT than Oleanz. or suggest some other combination.
