My Mother's Psychiatrist Recently Replaced Two Of Her Medications (bupropion

my mother's psychiatrist recently replaced two of her medications (bupropion and sertraline) with Trintellix. I feel the new med has not helped her in fact I feel her depression has become worse. Also Trintellix is ALOT more expensive since it is a Tier 4 drug and will cost her more than $200 a month, which she can not afford. I would like to suggest to her doctor another prescription which is more affordable but I really don't know where to start.
