my neck was hurting when i turned my head so i had a friend rub my shoulders. she noticed a small hard quarter size lump which seems to have delevolped within the last week im guessing. i asm having issues and synptioms of film like vision when i try to see something up close. i am experiencing sudden shortness of breath, frequent fatique, short memory loss and feel scattered brain and forgettful most of the time. i am having all over muscle aches and pains, and also dizziness. can u give me any ideas what all this could be if anything. this has been going on for over 6 months, maybe a year.
