My Right Ear Seems To Have Problem Of Excess Wax.

my right ear seems to have problem of excess wax. Hearing gets impaired every 5-6 months as against left ear. Few hours back I used 2-3 drops of clearwax (generic - Cipla), which did't help getting wax out increasing hearing. Then I tried flushing the ear with warm water using a 20 ml disposable syringe (without needle) - still didn't help. Dried the canal with an earbud carefully. Now seems like wax is pushed deep in, and hearing is muzzled.. ear feeling heavy. no pain though.

Should I put few more clearwax drops and wait till another 12-24 hours? What should be dosage and frequency of clearwax?
